MAKE TIME FOR THE OUTDOORS.

Be intentional in making time to get outdoors. It is too easy to get caught up in life and let life dictate your schedule.

Schedule time to go hike, bike or adventure outside your way. A simple walk outside will do also. Just get out there and enjoy the beauty of nature.

When you look at your upcoming schedule and can’t figure out when you would possibly have time, then wing it!  Don’t wait for the weekend to have fun.  As your week goes along, find that moment where you can escape and just go get out there. Soak up the outdoors!

Watch a sunrise in the morning and see the difference in your attitude. Watch a sunset and feel the stress of the day disappear. It is amazing how being outdoors makes a difference physically and emotionally.

Take advantage of what is nearby at the time. If it’s a park near work or even a simple pond, go walk around and just relax.  If your work takes you near a forest or beach, make time for a stroll.

Plan outdoor vacations. Make them fun, but as stress free as possible.  Do what you enjoy or try something new.  Outdoor trips don’t have to require a lot of money for you to get away.

PLAN IT, WING IT, JUST MAKE TIME AND GET OUTDOORS.

How do you intentionally make time for getting outdoors?
